Greg Bader

Greg has a proven track record of achieving corporate growth for a range of companies, both in Australia and overseas. Most recently, Greg held the positions of Chief Business Officer and Chief Technology Officer at iiNet from 2003 to 2015. As Chief Business Officer, he was tasked with heading up iiNet’s business service division, growing revenues to more than $200m during his tenure.

Greg has been a leader in the Information and Communication Technology Industry for more than 20 years and is committed to customer service, renter advocacy, and unlocking the full potential of the marketplace.
 
Greg holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science from Murdoch University and a RAAF Associate Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

Jan Ferreira
Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer

Jan has over 20 years of experience, many of those with high growth, ASX-listed businesses having held senior accounting and operational roles in financial services and utilities after starting his career at Ernst & Young. He is a CPA (Australia), a Chartered Management Accountant (UK), and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jan has previously been Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at ASX-listed ThinkSmart Limited where he was a key member of the team that created a patented online finance application system that doubled ThinkSmart's sales volumes through the development of its online transactional capability.

Lee Swanson
General Manager - Technology

For over 20 years Lee has worked in software development, across a number of industries including marketing, manufacturing, and finance. Throughout his career, he has gained broad experience, including working as a Developer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Iteration Manager, Technical Agile Coach, and Technical Director.

Previous employers include Fujitsu, Wesfarmers, and Commonwealth Bank (Bankwest and CBA International Financial Services), both in Australia and in Asia. During his time with CBA Lee led the design and development of many critical financial systems including loan application processing, account management, internet banking, and mobile banking applications.

With in-depth knowledge of many areas of software engineering, Lee uses his experience to establish and foster effective product delivery capability, with a strong focus on great business and customer outcomes.

Shane Lavagna-Slater
General Manager - RentPay

Shane has over 20 years of financial services experience, across industry and in higher education. Previous industry experience includes ASX-listed companies, a multinational bank and a private equity-owned financial institution. Previous roles include new business manager, product management, facilitator and various other management roles.

Shane holds a PhD in Business Management, a Master of Commerce degree in Financial Management, and an executive education certificate from Harvard Business School. Shane is also a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Sandra Antipas
Manager - Customer Care

Sandra is a motivated, ambitious Customer Service leader with over 20 years of experience leading customer-facing teams in technology and finance businesses. Prior to joining Rent.com.au in 2016, she was the Operations Manager at ASX-listed online consumer finance business ThinkSmart Limited.

Sandra is committed to providing amazing Customer Service experiences to the renting community.
