Jan has over 20 years of experience in ASX-listed financial services and technology businesses. He has led RentBond's launch and was previously involved in setting up a $100m consumer loan securitisation facility and retail POS credit engine. Before becoming CEO, Jan was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Rent.com.au.

He is a CPA (Australia), a Chartered Management Accountant (UK), and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Sye Hughes
Chief Operating Officer

With 20 years of experience across product, sales and marketing in the technology sector, including REA Group, Domain and Health Engine. Sye has a proven track record in crafting data-driven growth strategies and implementing scalable tech stacks to drive efficiency, achieving impactful results with a ‘more with less’ approach.

Sye has a Bachelor of Business degree from Edith Cowan University with majors in Marketing and E-Commerce.

Adam Webb Ware
Chief Financial Officer

Adam has more than 25 years’ experience in corporate finance, financial services and digital commerce across Australia, the USA and UK.

He is a Chartered Accountant and has a BCom (UWA) and a GradDip in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.

Shane Lavagna-Slater
General Manager - Financial Products

Shane has over 20 years of banking and finance experience, including at consumer lender Cash Converters, where he developed targeted consumer lending products.

Shane holds a PhD in Business Management, MComm, GAICD and executive education certificate from Harvard Business School.
